Synopsis::

When adding or editing capture card "Pinnacle PCTV 310i Analogue" I get a dialog saying "Unable to create graph for this device!!" and I get it twice. In the properties window there is no "Autotune" tab which I find in the "Pinnacle 310i TNT" properties window.

What is the problem here? I have tried both R3 and R4 with the same result. Have I missed something in the installation or what?

In the log file I see the following logging before and including this problem.

Hi all
I have 310i Pinnacle TNT Pci too, and I have the same problem. When I go to configuration I have "Unable to create graph" error twice !

I can configure only analog device and auto tune works, but when I try TV in MP I have black screen and no sound.....

With Pinnacle Mediaportal I can scan Radio, Analog channels and digtal channels, then I can see all too.

I have tried to make a Graphedit configuration and CaptureCards seems to be correct for me...

PLEASE HELP ME!
THANKS,
Dado

I have the same problem with analog tuner Pinnacle 310e (USB): Can't create graph.
Driver version 1.0.2.6 (14/10/2005). SVN 06-29-2006 18h30

I have this problem with the DVB-T tuner of Pinnacle 200i and the driver version 1.3.3. I returned with the driver 1.3.2 and all was OK for the 200i.

:(

I find for the 310e, i didn't have a MPEG 2 encoder for analog card :

Install one of each MPEG2 encoder :

InterVideo Video Encoder
MainConcept MPEG Video Encoder
MainConcept Demo MPEG Video Encoder
CyberLink MPEG Video Encoder

For me, after the installation of CyberlLink MPEG Video Encoder all is OK.

Try using the driver 3xHybrid.sys version 1.3.3.1 downloaded from Terratec site
(PTV 380 WHQL Driver). Simply replace the file and reboot.
