Confiuration Crashes (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I have installed 1.02 but I get this error when trying to run "MediaPortal Configuration has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I tried installing 1.1 as well but get same error.

I dont know ho to get the log info can someone help?

Select User files from the Start Menu, Programs, Team MediaPortal, MediaPortal.

Are there any additional information on the error screen? Can you attach a screenshot of that?

There should be other log files as well. Please attach all log files as a zip attachment rather than copy & paste the content.

Also, I see your version:

So I think that is version 1.1.0 alpha. Since you are already on a test version, maybe you can apply latest SVN and see if the problem was perhaps fixed in the mean time.

well i tried the svn but that didnt help. I think i might go somewhere else and try anopther program that deosnt require a progrmamming degree to understand what is going on. I have a hdcp compliant machine with full bluray and hd-dvd playvback and a hdav 1.3 bitstreaming thru tmt so everything is running fine. How hard can it be to just download a program, install and run it?

I get the same error after installing 1.1 Beta.

Update: I found the issue on my system, it was the IR-suite that I had installed.
