Hi, after testing the TV-Server and falling abck to MP 0.2.3 with inbuilt TV I have conflicts in recording, where no should be.
I've three TV-Cards installed 1 DVB-S, 2 DVB-T (1 Card with 2 Tuners). As long as i record two shows parallel which are assigned to the dvb-t card all is perfect.
But as soon as i record one DVB-S-only channel, i get conflicts, even if the second recording is available in DVB-T.

Anybody an idea why this happens?

    Hi,
Have exactly the same problem (and the same setup). Some additional information....
    1. Don't think it is a card order issue. I've tried moving the card order around and I see the same problem.
    2. I have combined the channels over both DVB-T and DVB-S, the first program that I select is on a channel that is available on both DVB-T and DVB-S. The second is only available on DVB-S.

Have checked logs and there does not seem to be any entry about the above operation, but let me know if you want me to post them...

Ok I've now switched to RC2 and the problem is still there. Hope this is the correct place to report the problem. The procedure to re-produce is as follows....
    1. I have two cards as shown above. The DVB-S card I have given a lower priority to.
    2. I have a channel bbc1 that is available on both DVB-T and DVB-S and has a channel program entry called bbc1.
    3. I have a channel bbc-hd that is only availabe on DVB-S.
    4. From MP I scheduled a recording on bbc1. This worked fine.
    5. I then tried to schedule a program on bbc-hd that overlaps with the above program. I get a conflict message. I don't think I should since the first program can be handled by either of the cards and should have been assigned to the higher priority DVB-T card.

If I start the process over again and this time reverse the order (so create the bbc-hd program first), then there is no conflict generated.

Logs attached with logging set to debug.... Let me know if you need anything else.

Oops I've just re-read this thread and realized that you wanted me to select keep it.... I didn't do that in the above logged test. I think I just escaped out of the warning box. Do I need to re-run the test?

    Sorry
