Connexant 878 TV Tuner problems (1 Viewer)

Hi all.

Trying to move away from Windows Media center to use media portal, however this time round I want to try and get the tv card it came with working since mce does not support it.

My system installs it simply as a Connexant TVTuner WDM version

Media portal compatibility tells me its a DVB-T card and required a BDA Driver

Another site says its a fusion 878a card.

On the card itself, the connexant chip dfoes indeed say fusion 878A, so I assume this is the correct card.

I cant seem to locate the fusion DVB drivers for this card, and though I installed the fusion auto driver instal, which ran without any probs, still the card is not found in media portal, though windows shows it as working fine?


Can anyone offer any assistance in this.
