Hi I'm considering mediaportal as well as vista-media-center plus my-movies-2 (or anything else you can recommend here).
What I want to do is use Media Player Classic Home Cinema as an external player. (This is because it is not only a very good player but the only way to get both DXVA and subtitles when playing mkv files.)
I am wondering whether mediaportal can do this without problems. It will be controlled by remote and so the transition from mediaportal to maxxed MPC-HC and back needs to work well.
I don't need instructions; just need to know if it can be done and then I can search for how to do it.
