[TV] Continuous Update of Teletext time (1 Viewer)

    Hi devs,

    would it be possible to update the time within teletext continuously as it is usual in real TV?

    Good suggestion. I guess the method is to let the teletext image get updated at least every second with the one from the tv-signal.

    The idea is good, but with the current implementation of teletext this won't work very well. Mostly it will produce serious stuttering like we had in TVE2 when using teletext subtitles.
