CPU usage 80-95% (1 Viewer)

I have installed MP RC4 with ultimate svn 06-07-2006 file.

My PC configuration:
Pentium IV 3,0Ghz, 512Mb RAM, ATI Radeon 9600SE AGP, HD Maxtor 120Mb, Motherboiard ASUS P4P800 Deluxe
DVD-S: Technotrend Budget S1500 with module CI (driver BDA)
Driver video: ATI Catalyst 6.5
Codec: MPV + MPA

When I watch channel TV (crypted or not crypted channel), after 2 minutes, the CPU usage up to 80-90%!!!

I installed codec Nvidia, but nothind different, usage CPU is high!!

Help me.

No, I not use Fritz or secondary monitor.

Does you CPU increase after a few minutes, regardless if you are viewing media or idling in MP?
