When i select create thumbnails for my photos manually (selecting the menu option that says: "create thumbnails and also subfolders", or something simmilar) it begins showing a dialog with a progress bar. But, if now, in middle of process i cancel it (pressing ESC key or selecting close button with remote) the dialog closes ok, but the thumbnails creation process doesn't stop and it hangs MP (MP becames no responsive).

    Hi,
I can confirm this, can you test one more time & attach your logs to the post?

    Regards

I've tested again right now, using latest SVN available, build 15506 and now it's even worst. I've selected a folder, then F9 to show the option dialog and then i've selected the option to create thumbnails. It shows the progress bar but it doesn't advance and MP hangs. Looking in task manager i can see that mp is using all cpu power.

    regards,
