The only FTA channel that does swap is RT so you may as well switch it off to get ITV2, E4, etc. back lower down.Channel 10000's aren't assigned to your region, in this case they're different regional variations (ads) for Channel 4 +1 (<a href="http://www.channel4sales.com/data/macro_map" target="_blank">map</a>).
