Custom DB Views (1 Viewer)

Hi, I'd like to change the "Latest" view to only include unwatched episodes. My syntax must be incredibly horrible as I end up breaking everything and seeing an empty MP-TVSeries. What am I doing wrong?

episode<;><Episode.FirstAired>;<=;<today><cond><Episode.FirstAired>;>=;<today-30><;><Episode.FirstAired><Episode.Watched>;=;0<;>;desc<;>

Any help would be appreciated,
