Custom MediaPortalDirs.xml gets reset on Upgrade

    1. Install MediaPortal 1.0.1
    2. Edit Dirs in MediaPortalDirs.xml
    3. Upgrade to 1.0.2

    Result: MediaPortalDirs.xml has been reset.
