Just noticed that it was possible to make a custom script for adding info to the movie database.
so here is a danish version which utilizes the Scope.dk database. it recognices both danish and original titles and stores the danish title along with a danish describtion of the movie. My girlfriend at least found this to be pleasent
Genres are also in danish which might be slightly irritating if combining with the typical IMDB script. scope.dk has a fairly good database though.
noticed some small issues with æøå in the search title, though not in the retrived content.

install notes:
just dump it into the directory called "scripts\imdb" and choose it inthe configurations movie database section.
