Danish Teletext subtitle wrong characters (1 Viewer)

When watching some channels with danish teletext "pages" as subtitles then the danish letter "Æ" shows as "ä" and "Ø" is showed as"ö". Could I change it myself or is it the MP developers?

Also there are not showed teletext subtitles automatic on these pages it does not remember my choice. For example page 599 for a specific channel. How could I correct it and make it remember one time for all?
