How can I do to change the dir in which the .db3 files are stored?
Is it possible?
I would like to put this files in another partition of my hdisk.

Sorry you can't. The relative paths are hardcoded.

You may nonetheless give a try to NTFS junction points (kinda soft links for Windows). Here is a link to a third-party tool that works without too much hassle: http://www.elsdoerfer.info/ntfslink/
It avoids messing with Windows internal commands which is GOOD.
