That's a perfectly understand position to take. But if you want to go down the road of change, then there will need to be a level of trust and commitment at your end for this to work.</p><p></p><p>I hope you understand my position. I feel it is better to be frank and clear from the start about who is responsible for what and how much freedom and trust I am going to be given.</p></blockquote><p></p>
