Ok now I am really confused Are you reporting a bug or an error in Wiki?AFAIK changing the date/time format in the Home plugin only affects home screens and if a skin displays the skin properties #date #time (usually displayed on every window in most skins) . Correct me if I am wrong but I do not think those settings have ever applied to TV Guide times?
