    Sorry to flood you with comments, but I am looking at the time and date field at the top left-hand corner of the screen.

    When recordings are live, the record image pulses at the top left-hand corner of the screen (it used to be at the center). I think that the time and date field is too close (even overlapping) to the record image. I can adjust that for the main menu screen in BasicHome.xml. However, for the TV Guide, Videos, Music and Pictures screens the time and date fields are not all in the same position. In TV Guide there is quite a gap between the recording image and the time and date, while in Video, Music and Pictures these fields overlap.

    Is it possible to have the time and date fields in the same position for all options? I think that would look more consistent.

    I hope these comments help.

    I'm looking at the TvGuideBase where you have highlighted a program. Things seem to have changed in the detail section at the bottom.

    This used to have:
    a) start and end time then the duration in brackets in minutes;
    b) the title of the program and in brackets the episode name if present - using the composite title field;
    c) genre data.

    Now we are seeing:
    a) start and end time;
    b) the title of the program and, in brackets, the duration;
    c) genre data.

    Has composite title been dropped? I think it made sense having the duration next to the start and end time.

    I'm guessing this got missed in the massive number of changes you must have made to create the new skin;).

    I was wondering whether it is possible, in the TV Guide, to gradient the background color in the grid cells (only the ones containing program names).

    I don't know whether that would make the page look too fussy but I have found, in WPF, that using gradients can really elevate a page's look.

    Here the distance from rec icon and date/time is consistent everywhere in the skin - no overlapping at all ;) (see screenshot)

    Still there - see screenshot ;)

    Possible is nearly everything, but would look awful ;)
    Is there a way to change the background colors for the programs in the TV Guide?
    OFC in MP Config -> GUI -> Edit Skin settings _-> TV/Radio Guide -> Colors ;)

    I know it is still there, but it used to be after the start and end time. I think that the duration is better placed together with the start and end time rather than after the program title. Does that make sense?
    The program title used to include the episode name, when it is present, using the #TV.Guide.CompositeTitle field. It is now using #TV.Guide.Title and consequently doesn't show the episode name.
    I agree that gradient might not look great. I was just wondering whether there was a way to soften the look;).
    When I was talking about the position of the time and date across TV Guide, Videos, Music and Pictures. They are not all in the exact same X-coordinate at present.
    Thanks for looking at these points.

    OK, will change that ;)

    Will change that, too ;)

    Hmm, most of the date/time labels come from import of common.time.xml, where posX is always = 45, there are a very few instances where we needed to put the date/time label directly into the skin file, but I checked those and they are also correct with posX = 45 :confused:
