Deinterlacing seems to be doing two strange things, first it seems to be being applied to progressive sources which I would have thought was incorrect and secondly upon changing channels deinterlacing seems to be being abondoned.
In the attached logs I have first viewed four channels, selecting each via zapping. The first channel is 720p and seems to have had pixel addaptive set then each channel after that seems to have had no deinterlacing set. The next four channels were selected via the EPG then stopped and then the next channel selected, again the 720p sources seem to have had deinterlacing applied in error but in this case the 575i sources have had deinterlacing successfully applied.
Eyeballing these channel changes whilst doing this test seemed to confirm what the logs are suggesting.
