Deploytool RC2 crash (1 Viewer)

I already had a RC1 installation, so the RC2 deploytool needs to un-install RC1 at the end.

This results in the following exception: Access to the path 'D:\temp\uninstall-mp.exe' is denied.
(D:\temp\ is my temporary folder.)

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
