Design tool for Mepo (1 Viewer)

Hi Harley

Thanks for your great work on the new skin. I really appreciate it.

How do you design the Mepo's? What tool do you use? If possible, I think it would be great if you published some help for other to design new Blue 3 Mepo's. For new plug-ins, or for folder icons. (A rocking Mepo for my rock music folder, a Mepo clown for my funny movies folder etc.)

Perhaps somthing like:

• Tool (www-link)
• Source file for the basic blue 3 Mepo
• Maybe a short guideline.
