It's much easier for users to find plugins in one centralized place rather than having to search the forums and/or the internet to find MediaPortal extensions. So please follow this:
Please get an account here:
https://www.team-mediaportal.com/component/option,com_registration/Itemid,0/task,register/
After that, upload your plugin here:
https://www.team-mediaportal.com/index.php?option=com_remository&Itemid=35&func=addfile
Please note: As MediaPortal is open source and licensed under GNU/GPL, plugin authors have to provide their sourcecode with the uploaded file. Please use a "release" and "source" folder in your zip/rar-file!
If you want to update your package, just click on your plugin and use "Update submission" on that page to update it.
