Hey there, i've been using / testing MP for a couple of weeks now and I have to say I am very impressed. The only thing what I do not understand yet is the difference between Window plugins and Process plugins, and it is not explained on the Wiki aswell.

This definativly goes for both the My TV and My Radio entries in both types of plugins.

:D for the great work you all delivered so far :D

A process plugin is something that runs in the background and has no window of its own. The PowedScheduler plugin is an example.

A windows plugin has a window of its own, such as "MyMusic". Of course Music can also run int he background of other windows, but it doesn't run all the time and is manually started.

I guess MyTV is listed in both as one part is the recording engine, which needs to be a process. I'm not sure of the reasoning for the radio section. Maybe it is the same recording functionality.

Hope this helps. There's a bit more to it than that, but I've simplified it a LOT.

    Cheers,
    Marcus.
