I'm just starting to build a HTPC and have one of the most common questions that I haven't seen answered really here in the forums.
What is the best card I can use to recieve HDTV and SDTV signals on a digital cable line here in San Antonio? I'd prefer it to have dual tuner capability. In the end I just want to be able to use it for timeshifting mainly.
