If there were issues, i've opened Live Messenger, spoke with them and in no time we had a solution up and running.
Thats something you can only dream about with other companies, where you have most of the time no direct contact person, just some crappy &quot;support&quot; mail where you receive rubbish answeres after months and no detailed information.

Support was one of the strongest parts of DE. Not only for their customers, but also for us.I dont know.

Marco is still discussion possibilities with other companies to keep floppy and firedtv on the market.
