    Hey,

I just discovered that I cannot select my GamePads in "MediaPortal Configuration -> Remote -> Direct Input" anymore. They are usually available in the pulldown menu "Direct Input Device" but it is just blank now.

I tracked down the SVN which first caused the non-function plus the responsible .dll.

    - problem is NOT PRESENT RC1 installation
    - problem is PRESENT in RC1 SVN Rev18951

    - responsible file is RemotePlugins.dll

I did the hard work, now it's your turn :D

thank you and have a nice evening ;)

I also have this problem using 1.0 RC2 with no SVN. I'm off to look through the change logs for RC2 SVN's but thought I should bump this thread.

It doesn't work in RC2. I already mentioned that RC1 (!) is the latest working build.

What logs do you need exactly ? There is a element not visible in configuration, no error is trown. I am attaching the "Configuration.log" files of RC1 and a RC2 with SVN though (Note: There are some TV-Client errors trown because it was a non productive installation, just ignore them).
Maybe there is a hint in the changes done to the "RemotePlugins.dll" I mentioned above.
    Thanks for your support.
