DirectX-error and DVD-playback (1 Viewer)

I've got two problems I hope someone can help me solve:

1)
The following error is always in my error.log. Can't figure out why, but I've made sure I'm running DirectX 9c

2)
Some DVDs freeze at a sertain point. I haven't managed to spot any errors in my logs. Could be that these two problems are related. Logs are attached and a clip from a DVD which always makes MP freeze (clip also makes MP freeze).
