    Hi,
I'm using the mce repalcement plugin (greath!!)

I've mapped the vol+/- buttons to control the dolby amplifier with the blaster, but they still control the windows volume too also if I've removed the "volume up/dwn function from the mapping)..

there's some way to remove this behaviour?

    thanks in advece

    bye

More info is probably required, like what kind of remote you are using, and if you are really talking about IR Server Suite.

Side tip: You know that you can learn the MCE remote to directly control vol +/- (and power TV on/off)?

    hi,
as told above I'm using the MCE relplacement plugin (not ir server suite).
the remote is the classic from microsoft (2005 version) and I guess it has some kind of direct control (not managed by the plugin) on the system volume that I'm not able tho turn off

    thanks & bye

Disable the default keys by making the registry changes I describe in my MCE Replacement Driver Obsolete post (linked below) this will disable the automatic handling of the volume and arrow keys, and some others.

Just map those keys how you want and you're set :)

    Good luck,
