Disabling Vista Media Center (1 Viewer)

I had disabled Windows Media Center related items in services menu and disabled ehtray related items in Startup menu (MSCONFIG) and rebooteed the system.but Windows Media Center starts up when I hit the green button. How do I disable Windows Media center completely in Vista Home Premium ?
