Help, I've been using MP in my HTPC for about 9 months now with my old Sky Tv dish. This was a trick to tune in Tv-Server but nonetheless i got it working. I've now invested in my own dish which was professionally focussed on Intelsat5 (BBC & ABC) and OptusD1 (Freeview Channels) both run through a Disecq control. It works fine through my set top box (provided by the installer) so i know the install is good. The installer has given me the following information ****** Diseqc settings: LNB A (or 1) is: Intelsat 5 (ABC and BBC) LNB LO (OCS) 5150/5750 Frequency off the satellite is 4160 - Horizontal polarity - Symbol rate (SR) is 26749 - FEC 3/4 LNB B (or 2) is : Optus D1 (freeview) LNB LO is 11300 Frequencies are 12483 (TVNZ) & 12456 (Kordia)- Horizontal polarity – Symbol rate (SR) is 22500- FEC ¾ SO: for your IS 5 LNB settings: LOF1 is 5150 and LNB LOF2 is 5750 The type of switch you have is DISEqC as opposed to 22khz switch ****** Now when i run a channel scan with that configuration i have to use Band stacked LNB for Intelsat to get the right lnb lo freq. The problem is, unless i override the LNB settings i get no channels from either LNB. If i override the LNB settings with lnb lof1 & lnb lof2 of 0 and a LNBSW of 20000 i can hit the transponders on the Optus LNB but still nothign fm the Intelsat LNB. I'm wondering if there is a problem with my Card. Ive tried ports 1 & 2 on the diseqc at LNB AA & LNB AB as well as a heap of other combinations. Does anyone have any ideas? I'd be more than happy to do a desktop share to show someone who knows more than me on how to correct this. regards Brian
