I've looked through the wiki manual and wanted to know if there is any key I can press when viewing a movie that will show me technical details such as bitrate/codecs/fps/cpu load, etc.....

thanks

'Y' will put up the OSD with basic codec information (using icons).
'Shift+1' will show the rendering info (FPS etc).

CPU load etc - I don't know of a way in MP to show this info.

And new skins are too 'fancy' for my taste. I use a customized version of the default wide skin with only Videos and TV in the main menu. I use mediaportal for recording...
