Do the conflictsManager options fast, normal, resolve work? (1 Viewer)

Hi,
does changing the options in conflictsManager from slow to normal or resolve make any difference? I cannot see any effect (still false conflicts).
Also the option always seems to be reset to fast...

Any answer appreciated.
