Inside the content part of the window nothing appears.... nether a screen with white colour... it appears as completly empty (transparent), as if there's an error or something not normal.

Help me please!...

    Hi, if you want MediaPortal to work you need to double system memory to 512mb and install a DX9 capable graphics card with 128mb or more memory.
    Also a hardware or DVB TV card would be an advantage with your CPU.

    Your videocard is the problem. Radeon 7000/radeon VE supports only DirectX8.0.

    For MP you need a DirectX9 compatible videocard with at least 64MB of video memory (recommended 128 MB):
    Cards which work:

    * ATI Radeon series 9600 (or above)
    * NVIDIA GeForce, GeForce FX (5200 or above) and NForce series
    * Intel Extreme Graphics 2 (integrated i865G)
    * Matrox Parhelia
    * SiS Xabre series

    9550-series is also DX9 (modified 9600 GPU)

    The problem is more to do with the amount of graphics memory available than the actual gpu.

    The early Radeon spec gpu used in the 7000 series and 8000 series has aspects that are more dx9 than their actual dx8 designation .Also the drivers have software based VRM9 amongst other things that is prety good.

    As above though if you are very serious about your HTPC then get a newer card.

    What you could try is ensure you have an AGP aperture in your motherboard bios set to 128, that you have the correct AGP drivers installed and use the latest drivers for the card; 6.5 catalyst .
