Prevent hibernate the pc by powerscheduler if comskip still runs.

Hi regeszter,

I'm not using comskip myself and I'm not familiar with it. However, if it runs as a separate process you can add it to the list of monitored processes in the watchdog plugin and make sure the PC doesn't hibernate when it is running.

Or if you're using TVE3 you can use powerscheduler for this task. Just add it to processes (where configuration and setuptv are already in).
