MediaPortal seems unable to download files from ftp shares.
Tested with 0.2.0.0 final and SVN-Build Rev.10289
1. configured FTP share
View attachment 150
2. started MediaPortal
3. go to MyMusic
4. open ftp share -> all folders displayed
5. open one folder -> all mp3 files displayed
6. click one mp3 file -> Do you want to download to local folder? -> Yes
7. nothing happens -> local folder for ftp stays empty
This is the log of the ftp server:
at the momet i try to download the file with MediaPortal, it is closing the connection to the ftp server.
NO error message displayed or in the log.
***EDIT***
It seems that this is only occuring if the FTP-Server is located in the LAN.
I tried to add one of my webserver ftp's as share and this worked without any issues.
On the local FTP-Server it is possible to copy files with an ftp-client (so the server works).
If i manually add the file i want to download from the ftp share to the local ftp folder, MP is displaying this file as downloaded when browsing ftp share.
playing this file works then too.
so only downloading files from local ftp servers with MediaPortal seem to be broken.
