Downloads Plugins and Skins Empty (3 Viewers)

The Plugin and Skins section of the Downloads shows zero results for most searches and attempting to download a plugin from a link on the forum gave the result shown in the screenshot below, same for a successful search try "Online Videos".

looks like a broken database-table issue. I've switched to a remote SQL-Server running a backup. This may/will cause slower page loads until this evening
