Hi,

To start with, what can i say Media Portal is great! Excellent bit of software..... however!! Compro Videomate T750 is not so great, at least when trying to use it with media portal.

I cannot get TV server to find any channels when scanning analog. I cannot test the digital part yet as I cannot receive it in my current house. Moving to a DVB-T area in may.

As far as i know TV server should work with any tv card. Tv server picks up the card fine but when i scan for analog channels it doesnt find anything, just get no signal messages. If i use the software from compro i can scan and find all channels on analog perfectly.

I have uninstalled the compro software again, scanned, but still no channels found
When trying without TV server i get no cards found so tried to find the CaptureCardDefinitions.xml file that people have talked about but its not there on media portal 1.0 so i cant add in the card manually.

I have read that people have been able to use this card with media portal but i have no idea how they did it, driving me nuts.

Can anyone help?! lol
