Synopsis::

Hello all,

this is my first posting. I hope I am providing you all information needed... :)

For any reason Win XP MCE has only one of my two cards correctly installed. It seems to be a driver issue.
In the Computer Management | Device Manager snap-in, node Sound, video and game controllers, I have installed these two drivers for each TV card:
- DVB-TV 878 Digital Capture Driver
- DVB-TV 878 Digital Tuner Driver

One of the two DVB-TV 878 Digital Tuner Driver remarks an error. Unfortunately I have no idea where to look for additional information. Anyway, I believe this is the answer why MediaPortal can only find one of my two TV cards.

Is it because I am using an MCE instead of XP Professional? I have always thought MCE is ~more or less the same as XP Pro.
Is there anybody out there who has the same setting with both drivers being installed correctly? Or can anybody tell me what to do?

Besides from this I am using MediaPortal for some weeks now and I am very happy with it (especially native HDTV! :wink: ). Nevertheless I would like to be able using both TV cards (for watching and recording).

Thanks in advance
Christoph

Here is my solution. There acually is no driver issue, but an ASUS A8N-VM CSM won't work correctly if you use an ATX power supply 1.2 instead version 2.0!
:shock:
By the way: SUXX TO TWINHAN SUPPORT. I wrote them two or 3 times concerning my ~driver issue. This was a few weeks ago. I am still waiting for their first reply....
Nevertheless, the twinhan DVB-c is the best HDTV capable DVB-c card I've ever had
