Drivers for PVR350 and WinXP hotfix (1 Viewer)

I have a few questions about driver’s versions for best MP performance.

My TV-card is a Hauppauge PVR350, what are the newest/best drivers for MP version 0.2RC2?

And is it still recommended to run the following SW:
