If you have FFDShow installed, then you get into a conflict area anyway, both LAV and FFDShow use the same libraries, sadly FFDShow gets broken because of many developers putting there own changes in, LAV is done by one guy, who makes sure things do not conflict with each other, I would uninstall one or the other, I know my preference, but then I do not currently output to a amplifier, only tv via hdmi.
I went ahead and uninstalled FFDShow, and that did the trick. I don't use FFDShow for anything anyways (used to use it in Media Player Classic, but not for awhile now). Thank you all for all your help!
