Dual Monitor Setup (1 Viewer)

How can I set my secondary monitor (my HDTV) to be the default fullscreen monitor. I can drag the window to my secondary screen and enlarge it, but I still have the title bar at the top. When I switch to fullscreen mode, it reverts back to my primary monitor, which is my laptop and not nearly as impressive looking.

I looked around and couldn't find the question being asked, so I guess I'm asking for this as a feature.

There is a new option on the svn to do it.... You must run mp using that: 'mediaportal.exe /monitor=2'.
Remember to use the last svn avaible to do it.
