I would suggest looking on the internet to see if there is a discussion group for WinTV. If Hauppauge don't have a forum on their web site, perhaps there is a Reddit group or a Facebook group that deals with WinTV. If an EPG is one of the features that WinTV is supposed to offer, you could try asking Hauppauge support to see if they can explain what has happened to the EPG, and how to restore it.-- from CyberSimian in the UK</blockquote>
