dvb-hotfix for XP (1 Viewer)

Have tried for a week to download the [Patch] DVB Tuner Issue and channel-scan crash - Windows XP
but nothing happens. Is rapidshare a joke??? Please help a newbe

Still cannot download it for some reason. So I tried Microsoft direct, but got the message that my file is newer. Am using XP SP3. So I went ahead and installed TV and it works fine.
