Ok maybe not because if i replace the text from KSCATEGORY_BDA_NETWORK_TUNER to KSCATEGORY_BDA_SOURCE_FILTERS in FilterManager.cs then it won't compile. 

And then I find out that BDA_NETWORK_TUNER is the catgegory for "BDA Source Filters"...
