    TV-Server Version:
    Windows Version: XP home SP2
    1. TV Card: Medion SAA7134 hybrid capture device
    1. TV Card Type: DVB-T/Analog hybrid card
    1. TV Card Driver: 1.3.2.3

Since some time DVB-T EPG grabbing doesn't work reliable anymore. It worked well with earlier TV Server revisions. Sometimes if I let it run for hours I'll receive the EPG for some few channels, but most of the time nothing is grabbed at all.

The logs are from starting the TV servivce and hitting "Refresh EPG" once.

    Code:
29.04.2007 15:35:15 Canceled epg, card is not idle:7

This looks strange, as the card should be idle as no client is there at all and I don't touch the TV server management console.

    Thanks for looking at it!

If you change the EPG timeout setting from default 10 to somewhere between 12-15 does that change things, as this is what a lot of UK users have to do, to get a full EPG from the TV streams.

I can confirm that EPG over DVB-T in Germany works much better with EGP timeout of 15 minutes.

Hey cool, now there seems to be something grabbed. :)

One question left is just why it was so much faster in the past?!?

Anyway, I'm (partly) happy now ;)

    Thanks for your answers!
