DVB-T MediaPortal.20050113-db1 test release (1 Viewer)

Hi everyone,

I have made available my latest builde of MP. of based on a cvs snapshot taken this morning (AEST). I'm hoping this will fix the problems that some people have been having with the official releases of MP.

For me it fixes 2 important problems:
1. Signal Statistic now work
2. All channels are found and identified correctly.

BTW, have you been able to record tv with your DVB-t card? Is this supported?

I can now watch tv with my FusionHDTV DVB-T card, but recording doesn't do anything (theres no recorded file).

hi!

i only get 9 channels from 21. first i had a problem with saving the found channels. your files are write protected. when i moved the protection i could save the channels. don't know why but the channels i don't find through autotune are still in my channel list and when i try to zap to one of this channels mp crashes.

recording still don't work for me. no file is written.

scanchannelbda finds 9 (191.625Mhz) but times out trying to get the signal and doesnt find SBS at all. SBS (564.500Mhz) is in the UHF range for the broadcasting tower where I am and it doesnt even detect the signal, just goes right past it (564500 and it is in the DVB-T.xml file). Wintv + showshifter found them fine.

does it pick up anymore channels if you use the full australia frequency list?

No doesnt find anything else, I just trimmed it down to speed it up while I was testing.

Channel 9 now works, I added 191750 (dba australia lists 191625) to the dvb-t.xml file and it found it straigth away. Would you be able to add this to the CVS for future releases?

I tried +-125 to SBS frequency but had no luck. Tried another program MyTheatre and that found it straight away so 564500 is correct.
