DVB-T USB Stick compatible? (1 Viewer)

Excuse me, my english is very rusty.
I have a question.
Is the "Pinnacle PCTV DVB-T Flash Stick 1GB" compatible to MediaPortal?

My problem:
I've a 850 Mhz Intel Notebook and the Pinnacle TV-Software need the .NET Framework 2.0.
This processor is too slowly for the Pinnacle TV-Software. The CPU-Load is 85-95% and the TV-Picture do stuttering.
Now I hope the MediaPortal functioned better with the stick.

ok, but could the stick "Pinnacle PCTV DVB-T Flash Stick 1GB" function on a stronger Notebook?
The sticks "Pinnacle PCTV 310e DVBT USB" and "Pinnacle PCTV 60e DVBT USB" function also.
