DVD and forced subtitles (1 Viewer)

The feature of forced subtitles is wonderful, it's really time saving to have the correct subtitle from start, however I have a slight problem, is it possible to set so that the forced subtitles only are used when the audio and subtitle language differs?

I have swedish as preferred audio and subtitle language and this works fine on non-swedish dvds, I get the subtitles, however, I also get subtitles in swedish on swedish movies, is there any way to fix this?

Yes i got the same problem (Dutch) !

It would be nice if this option would be in MP setup ( checkbox ).

Nevermind, I found it. Under DVD in the Media Portal Setup there is an option to "Force Subtitles". I have not idea why this is enabled by default.
