Dvico Fusion5 HDTV USB no moniker found (1 Viewer)

I have a Dvico Fusion5 HDTV (ATSC - USA) USB Tv device. Tried several times to install and uninstall Dvico files. Error log says "DVBGraphBDA: Adding filter <Bluebird, BDA Tuner> with moniker <>
DVBGraphBDA: no moniker found for filter:Bluebird, BDA Tuner" but I see the card and the moniker in the capturecards.xml file and the CaptureCardDefinitions.xml file. please help.
