I have 2 DVB-T cards installed - a Dvico FusionHDTV DVB-T, and a DNTVLive! LP.
The DNTVLive! LP works fine with the latest CVS releases.
However, my Dvico FusionHDTV DVB-T card causes MediaPortal to hang when I change to a channel that has a non-zero value for the AC3 PID. The error message in the MediaPortal.log file is:-
9/03/2006 7:41:32 PM DVBGraphBDA: try
device : pnp:\\?\pci#ven_14f1&dev_8802&subsys_db0018ac&rev_05#3&13c0b0c5&0&52#{fd0a5af4-b41d-11d2-9c95-00c04f7971e0}\global

9/03/2006 7:41:32 PM DVBGraphBDA:Failed to connect samplegrabber filter->mpeg2 demultiplexer
At this point MediaPortal will hang and even though I can close MediaPortal, an instance is still running and I have to use Task Manager to kill the MediaPortal process....
This problem began with the CVS of March 1st - which was the time that this change was made:-
MediaPortal MyTV: On 01/03/2006 [08:44:47] _Frodo_ added the following change: pid changes are now detected and updated in the tv database
Prior to March 1st, I had deleted the AC3 PID data from my TV channels, and so this problem did not occur, but since March 1st, the deleted PID data is automatically updated each time the channel is used.
Please let me know if any other data is required, or any other testing required.....as I would love to be able to use both DVB cards again....
