DVR-MPEG Cutter (1 Viewer)

I really couldn't tell where this question should be addressed. I am using the DVR-MPEG cutter plugin and I am apparently not doing something right. It was really easy to zip through and make my selections and add them to my cut list but when I go to cut them it only cuts the first one on the list. I tried going down through and clicking on each individual one and while it moves the slider ahead to the point in the video I want to cut next when I went back to see what it had done again it had cut the same clip over and over again. As I said I'm sure that it's something that I'm doing wrong I'm just wondering what the proper way to use it is.

I guess you are trying to cut a mpeg file, right?
At the moment you will only get full advantage of all features of VideoEditor,
if cutting/editing dvr-ms files.
We are trying to get full support for mpeg files, too.
Until then it's recommend to cut your recordings first as dvr-ms files and convert it afterwards to mpeg.

Please, make sure you are using the latest version of MediaPortal.
